Store look very nice but they didn't have a o2sensor for my buick enclave 2012 . The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and kind and has great customer service skills this y I moved my rate from. 1 star to 4

I called to speak with a manager as I was trying to ask a simple question about receiving a pro-rated refund on a battery, since it expired in July and it was now August. (so one month past the warranty). When I called the Napa I purchased the batter from in Big Bear California, the guy was very kind and he said all I had to do was go to a NAPA in Phoenix and give them the receipt and they would prorate the battery since we had to purchase the replacement battery at Auto Zone. Well the manager at this location was a bit rude and didn't seem to want to help in any way. He said he would have to physically see the receipt first to let me know if I could get a pro-rated reimbursement. I said I can go in and bring the receipt but I don't want to drive 20 minutes there and back home (time and gas money) to be told I can't get a reimbursement. He said I need to physically see it to know...I'm not sure why seeing a physical receipt would let him know whether I would be able to receive a refund or not? I told him I had all the info in front of me, date, invoice number, store number, employee number, time, battery part number etc and so forth and he said nope you have to come in for me to see the receipt. I guess we'll just be going to Auto Zone from now on since no one wants to take the time to help a customer out. Very frustrated to say the least.

Bad customer serviceGot an email saying part was ready just to be told it aint ready till tomorrow called the store when I got back to home to be on hold for 5 mins just to tell me that the do have it! I was so irritated because I wasted time and gas just cuz they decided to be lazy instead of helping
