Literally the worst customer service ever!! I ordered some parts online and had them shipped to my house- i came to return them to a CORPORATE store- which as stated in the return policy- I may do so. The mgr on shift (older gentlemen- not so gentlemen) right off the bat said "cant return it here you have to ship it back" I pulled up the policy from the NAPA website & informed him that yes, I can. The other employee just looked at me and said "he's the mgr so if he says no I can't help you." The parts were unused/unopened. I called another location to confirm if this information was true- he confirmed I could in fact return the parts. To avoid a messy return and contact w this mgrs attitude, I'll be taking my return to another location. But I just want to say, I'm a super nice person- and understanding if I am in the wrong. But when its in black and white- don't be a jerk about it. Thats not good customer service sir.

Great place to find the odd or just something different, I hold NAPA in high regards, 3 out of 10 times you'll find out of the ordinary, tap for transmission cover awkward size hose and then some.That's why when having trouble finding one of those items, it pays off to stop by !

I purchased my battery around May of 2021 but I didn’t keep the receipt nor was the purchase coming up in their system with any other phone numbers I had. Edmundo went above and beyond, had me bring in the battery regardless and looked it up and some how was able to locate the purchase. Found out my battery was still under warranty. It had a two year warranty, so it was an even swap and I had to spend no money. Thanks to Edmundo and the NAPA manager/team who were so helpful and patient. Awesome customer service extremely professional!

Employees barely keep up with the store, and the fat guy that works the front register always responds with ’oh we don’t have that here’. What do you mean the place is a auto part store? Horrible service these guys don’t even know anything about vehicles shop at a diffrent NAPA

The isles behind the register/ counters were unkept, parts on the floor,. trash on the floor, displays were knocked off. Didn't have what I needed Transmission Fluid for my Mercedes.

Napa has been one of the only parts store to at last minute that I need a part is the only one in town to have it. Recently I was looking for two vvt for a 2017 equinox and all stores that I called had them under special order, where as Napa has them in stock. This is not the only sorry I can share I have tons of similar stories where Napa comes to the rescue.
