Stopped on my way home from work to pick up some coolant because I like to ignore things like that until they absolutely demand my attention. The people who work here are amazing. I'd come here often if it was closer to my house.

Car battery replacement was prorated. So paid $80 when all you see on the website is free replacement. Battery was at year 2 or 3 on the warranty. Free must mean if a warranted 3 yr battery fails in the 1st week then its free. I used to think highly of NAPA. So much competition to be giving bad service and policies.

The federal government need to purchase batteries for the Airport for an emergency repair but couldn't take payment over the phone from my manager. First time I ran into this situation with a vendor.

I typically come here for auto parts and I had got on the phone with a young kid and he seemed like he didn't want to help or look further into parts for my car for me. He automatically said you all don't have the parts and don't carry them anymore and I couldn't even order them. HE WAS WRONG! We called later and spoke with Mike and he was AMAZING! He was very helpful and patient. It was unfortunate the other gentleman wasn't as kind as I am a usual customer. Thank you Mike for making this a seamless process and ordering me parts!

I stood in front of the counter for two minutes with 3 workers behind the counter and nobody said a thing to me. At least mention my presence and say, "we will be right with you" or something. I walked out without any acknowledgment. I have a shop less than a 1/4 mile away, but I'll make the 3 mile drive elsewhere. Good job guys!

One the last auto parts stores that still sell hard to find parts and treat you with respect. They don't try to tell you oh you need this & that.when ur just getting rotors or something
