I was looking for a windshield wiper and stopped here to get one. walked in and no one greeted me. I asked a tall gentleman with a shaved head, maybe Native American, if all windshield wipers where the same, he sounded annoyed and said no they're many options. I'm aware of that but I walked into this store to get help, expecting that he would help out I stood infront of him and finally had to ask if he could help me... he again sounded very annoyed and said sure, and asked about the make and year of my car very rudely... as he was typing something in he's computer he said I'm not a windshield wiper expert you go to a windshield wiper place! Thats what an employee that works in an autopart store told me. if you can't help someone with a windshield wiper purchase what business do you have working there? right after that comment I said , ok I'll go to a windshield wiper place lol what ever that is?! so I told him thank you for the service! not only did the experience was terrible but when he made his comment the other employees laughed. I saw that this spot has 4.5 starts and that I why I needed to post this review, they deserve 0 starts, if they couldnt help me with a simple windshield wiper purchase imagine something slightly more complex.

Napa is liquidating all Craftsman tools and will no longer be selling, or supporting, them. Prices are written in sharpie on the packages.

This is my go-to-store for car battery and engine oil, just 0.4 miles from my home. I like to support neighborhood stores. I only made good experiences with them. The only beef I have is, when I went to stock up on my Castrol engine oil last month they charged $12/qt when the going rate seems to be about $9/qt. I have gotten used to $7/qt before the pandemic but they seem to overcharge.

Apple Pay wouldn’t work so I wasn’t able to close a deal. They will not change your battery for you on the spot like Autozone will. I personally don’t recommend.

Gino, the store manager, is my hero! I came in with almost NO oil in my car, and he helped me by not only checking it and helping me put it in, but he also offered the employee discount because I was working with less than $20 at the time! Thank you so much, Gino! You rock!

I brought my Hyundai Elantra 2004 in to the Napa AutoCare on Thomas Rd in Phoenix to have the AC fixed when it stopped working. I Googled how much the AC repair could cost, it was $400-600 for a car with that make and model. They told me it would cost about $1000 to fix it. I remarked on the phone when I talked with my technician that that was about $400 more than I anticipated, but to go ahead and do it. When I arrived the next day to pick up the car, the total was suddenly $1300. I asked how the price went up by $300, my guy prints out an invoice and shows me something about an additional fan that they added, and asks me "You don't remember our conversation? I clearly talked with you about this on the phone" When I reminded him he quoted me for $1000, he said "look, the price is the price. I have a lot of work to do" and stormed off. Either it was a horrible $300 miscommunication on their end or they swindled me, but in any case I hope this serves as a warning to other people to stay away.

Everyone is helpful in there, but I go to Genaro if I need to get something done! He’s the man. He went above, and beyond what I needed for my car and gave extra help where it mattered. As long as he’s there I’ll be coming back for sure. Very professional too.Maisee is also knowledgeable & a big help all around. She knows her stuff. She’s great & just a great presence to be around! Can’t say enough about this location. It’s just a great experience overall. Lucky to live close by.

There used to be a difference between Napa and auto**** or O'something; Napa used to be known for employees that knew parts; or at least knew the way to find them. Not anymore, this place is full of Walmart employees punching buttons until you either go away or find the part number your damself.Sad to see. Still the best parts, as long as you can find the part number yourself.

I really like this store and all the Employees. I've been in Automotive Service Management for nearly 15 years and have used Napa for all my shops. I Have always had a choice of other parts houses to utilize but Napa has always been my go to.
