If you want over priced parts and grown men to move a snails pace… this is your auto parts store. Very unhelpful. Not willing do do anything other than what asked and even then it’s at their level of knowledge. Surprised they know how to use a keyboard. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. I’m not replacing an engine and do t need any mechanic advice but these guys are worthless. I’d rather use an automated machine. Pete is rude unhelpful and has one foot in the grave. They might as well go work at the door at Walmart. If you hate your job Pete just quit… super simple.

Excellent place to shop for parts and the greatest employees Jon and Dave if you are looking for that hard to find part these two gentlemen go above and beyond to help you. Can't say enough good things about them, this is what good service use to be like and still exist at this store .

Went into this location today to get some assistance regarding a headlight issue. When I arrived I was literally the only customer in the store. I approached the individual at the desk to initiate my inquiry and had to ask if they were open b/c it was that obvious the individual considered it a burden I was even asking a question. I communicated the issue and all the person could do was get my make and model info, then run it in the computer. When I attempted to explain that already knew that info and it was no solution, the response that I got was, "well that's what the computer says." Went to AutoZone at 1885 W Buckeye Rd and these guys were great!! Explained the issue, did a little testing, figured out the problem and had a solution. Recommend staying away from this location at all costs.

These guys are not very knowlegable at all.The days of Napa being the place to find knowledgeable people are gone. It's easy to fool the doit yourselfers but with 46 years as a mechanic I was taken back by there lack of expertise. Lots of parts though and clean.

Worst store in the valley. Came here 3 different times for different things. One as simple as a screw driver. I was told they dont carry small things because they cant do their jobs and lose track of inventory. Then you can stand in line while one employee is helping and the other just sitting there playing on phone

I came into the store today for some parts. Felt pretty good, big dude with beard helped me. He seems to know his stuff. Definitely shop here again.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE EVEN ONLINE ......If I could give no stars I would. me and my wife Just watched a sales rep literally watching tik tok videos while 10 people were waiting on line for help. when he finally did help Four of the customers were told they had parts in stock only to get there and find out the napa rep that was on his phone had lied to them and never checked! we immediately walked out. The reps here have no remorse for wasting custimers time and didn't even apologize.

My parents went looking for a radiator for a car of ours. They were not attended and completely ignored. The workers answered phone calls, greeted and helped other people while my parents waited to be helped. They felt discriminated and felt like they were being targeted by racism. This happened today June 17. A simple can I help you, right away, would have been perfect.

I came in here on Sunday morning and I was the only customer in the store. There was 2 guys working and both of them watched me walk in, walk around the store, made eye contact and still never said one word to me. I was in the store for about 5 minutes and not once did they ask if I needed assistance. Needless to say I will gladly start taking my business elsewhere.
