First of all I'm terrified of MRIs but, my tech David made me feel very comfortable. He explained the process and answer all my questions. He kept me up to date thru the whole process. The front desk staff was very nice and professional. Thank you David and staff for taking very good care of me ?

Wonderful! This was my first MRI and I had no idea what to expect. The staff was professional and accommodating. Kudos to Dave, the technician. He made me feel relaxed and cared for. I was able to leave with my results in hand. I don't think I could have had a better experience!

Been trying to get an MRI scheduled here for over a month… Orders were faxed by my Doctor. every time I called I was told my insurance had not approved and they would follow up with me … I was told this on 3 occasions and not once did they follow up with me. 4th time to contact today and apparently there are no orders at all. Conveniently they have disappeared. Needless to say I would not again try to use them for any reason.

David was fantastic, and so was everyone at the front desk. I had no trouble getting through to book an appointment quickly, and everyone was super kind and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had an MRI done there, and I cannot tell you enough how comfortable, and accommodating the Technician, and the front desk staff were. I will continue going there, and I highly recommend this facility!

They were able to get me in last minute during one of the busiest times of the year. Nice, fast and friendly. Had music playing and gave me blankets to stay comfortable I would definitely recommend

Came here to get an MRI done, never had one done until now. Parking is ample and they are at a corner of a busy intersection so fairly easy to find. Front office receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. There is complimentary hand sanitizer in pocket sized spray bottles free at the front desk counter. I took 2 bottles home with me. Some gripes about this place. They keep this place abnormally freezing. No joke, it is as if they are trying to keep ice cream frozen in here. Normally I wouldn't mind but it makes a huge difference when you're placed in a machine on your back on a table and you're required to lay still for a 40 minute MRI. Worse is that I was in a t-shirt and shorts. If you come here for an MRI please be sure to wear pants and a jacket. Make sure you bundle up or you'll be in a state of near semi hypothermia after your MRI. I weigh about 200 lbs and I have a good tolerance to cold environments due to my body fat but I was shivering inside the MRI room about 10 minutes into my scan. I was offered a blanket by the MRI tech when I mentioned this but that only helped a little as the entire room felt like an iceberg. All staff here was friendly and this place is very clean. When I left this place, I immediately went into my car and blasted my heater for 10 minutes before I even left the parking lot. Does Elsa from Frozen live in this place?!?!? Sheesh. Full body brain freeze if you come here unprepared. Whoever services the air conditioning at this place truly is the best air conditioning provider in Arizona. If you have a friend that's coming here, than try to prank them by telling them to show up in shorts and t-shirt like I did. They will hate you for it and you'll get a good laugh. Hope this review helps.

Highly recommend. I've been twice and they were efficient and polite each time. My second visit was after a bad fall and the ER failed to properly exam me. Was concerned on a back injury and they get me in quickly, and had the results to me extremely fast. Great open MRI machine with good imaging quality.

The place is cozy, Quite, and the climate control settings where perfect. An opened mri machine was used. Totally recommend it. More comfortable then the tube style, and more quieter. David played low rider oldies during the visit. Great choice for me, (but that's how we get down back home in Nor California) .Over all if your deciding where to go get an MRI. Please try MRI of Arizona over Simmonmed. They have great customer service and appear to enjoy his/her jobs.Great job MRI of Arizona.
