We walked in to schedule a u-haul truck and trailer in advance and Jordan was EXTREMELY helpful. He was very friendly and patient while we figured out the most affordable option. We made changes multiple times but he never made us feel rushed and ensured he did whatever was best for us. I have never experienced such great customer service at a u-haul before. The excellent customer service continued even when we came back the day of our reservation! Serena greeted us and helped us out immediately. She walked us out to the truck and helped us hook up the trailer. She seemed to enjoy her job and was eager/happy to help. Overall, I'm very impressed by this location's staff. These 2 really stood out and are great examples of what customer service should be. Thank you both!

Super friendy service from this U-haul location. I needed a cargo van and this place was great. Highly recommend them. excellent people working here.

Over charged me only used for 1 hour -and 15 miles total damn near 70 dollars ok took that than my daughter lost her shoe called to see if it was up there the man told me no! And I was laying right there where I was standing! I haul half ass they shit damn could have looked and helped the customer instead of lying!

Serena and Jordan we're amazing! They were so helpful and kind. There were fast got us in and out. I highly recommend this center, very clean and organized. We will coming to this location moving forward. We all know the moving process can be a bit to much however they made it every easy for us to get what we need and lift our energy up to finish the job! So thank you guys. We really appreciate you guys. It's the little things! Love.

There is so much arrogance at this place of business when it comes to the male staff. Saturday there was a man screaming at a customer across the store instead of walking over to assist. Very unprofessional considering there are other customers being help right next to where he was screaming. Sunday, there was another male who was extremely disrespectful towards a female. Attitude on 100! I don't understand why be in customer service if you can deliver good customer service?!?! Why? The work force has gone down hill after Covid. Hard to find quality service. I wish I could give a half a star ! The incident Yesterday was 7.30.22 11am and Today is 7.31.22 10am I hope there is some training for the two gentlemen working those shifts.

Horrible service, along with not having the right information and still had to pay a crazy price after they messed up. No customer service, they don't care about anyone or their order for trucks. Very rude and not hopeful. Thank god I won't be using them anymore after we moved states.

This review is for Corporate U Haul. If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid for a Box from S.C. to OR. They gave me a garaunteed delivery date of 7/14/21. if not delivered to my home by that date it would be $50 per day late. It was late. I called and after 20 minutes waiting (this happened every time I called), and then after 15 minutes on the phone, the Representative finally said, I don't know what to tell you, I have no idea where your stuff is, and gave me a third number to call. I did. 30 minutes wait. She said has not left SC yet and then they charged me for storage while waiting to be shipped. Then it finally arrived on 7/21/21. They then charged me storage for 5 days while waiting to them to ship to my house from town next to me. Then when I pushed for my $50 a day guarantee they only reimbursed me half. This company does not run well AT ALL! DO NOT USE THEM

Beware of this U-Haul location! I rented a truck from this location and parked my new car on the lot. Someone hit my car whilst I was gone and when I returned, I found my car had been involved in a hit and run. It was clear by the marks on the pavement that my car had moved over 24 inches when hit. The manager assured me that they would take care of everything and I would not have to worry. U-Haul's insurance contacted me after filing a claim and denied any responsibility. They would not provide any information of who was involved and now I am forced to file a claim with my own insurance. Unbelievable. The worst part was being lied too by the store manager that they would take care of my repairs on my car and did not. Go somewhere else, anywhere but this location.

I assumed that Uhaul was synonymous with "storage" moving & storage. Makes sense, and considering my last storage unit way back in 2013 had the ability to provide remote access should you accidentally lose your keycard or leave it elsewhere. I again assumed Uhaul being a much bigger name would provide the same. My fault for assuming and for that I am to blame. With that said having remote access is really key for me when choosing a storage facility. In my previous experiences it saved my a** several times! Because thats important to me I am only giving them 3 stars. I would say if your someone who needs access to your storage during regular hours this will work fine. However in Arizona when the heat arrives I prefer to deal with this sort thing in the evening. God forbid you lose or misplace your key card you are SOL until the store reopens. Clearly in my view Uhaul needs to stay focused in the area they know best. And thats moving minus "storage". On a side note there are regular patrons who live onsite. Im not sure but I would think its a manager possibly? If so then whats the point of having an onsite manager if they can not help in instances like this?. Again makes no sense.
