It’s was our first visit to the store we were greeted kindly. They had a nice large variety of Movado brand watches. Not only were the prices very reasonable to begin with, but they had many other discounts and sales going on. Joyce who was our sales agent, made sure everything was set up correctly and that we were well taken care of. She was friendly, very knowledgeable about the watches and very polite to talk with while throughout the sale. Very pleased and would definitely recommend this store and will definitely shop there again.

Really poor customer service. We bought several watches over the holidays. They give a really hard time with exchange even within 30 days. Even if you worn it for 1 day, they won't exchange it.

Cassie was Great!I had an issue with a Movado that I purchased back in June, while in Pennsylvania. She exceeded my expectations and REPLACED MY WATCH A WEEK AHEAD OF THE TIME SHE MENTIONED.REFRESHINGLY, I enjoyed her service so well that I actually purchased a Ferrari watch at A STEAL!Ask For Cassie!

The Movado store has a variety of watches by a few different brands. All brands sold are made by the same parent company.Movados are interesting, they try to sell themselves as a luxury brand, but they don’t have luxury quality. Don’t get me wrong, they have some nice watches, and you can probably find something in your style, but it does not compare to luxury brands.The prices are reasonable for what they offer, you can often find a special going on. I picked up two watches for a pretty good price. Both look nice and get plenty of compliments.Staff was super nice and accommodating as I browsed. I tried on several before selecting a watch.Good overall experience, would definitely it from here again.

My wife bought a 1500$ watch from this store and 3 months later in died. We went back to the store to return the watch and there was a older, tall, woman with grey hair and glasses and she was so rude. She kept barking at us - “you need the recipet, you need the recipet.” She seemed inconvenienced that we were returning a defective watch. Then she snapped at us agsin and said- the warranty might be void. The warranty might be void. She is really nice when she is selling watches and she makes a sale but try and return one and she has a really nasty attitude. My wife’s watch was only 3 months old and it died you’d think the people working in the store would be a little bit nicer. So, the manager had to be called in so we waited for the manager and she was very nice and exchanged the defective watch with another one. But I will find another Movada store becuz the mean old lady with the scowl on her voice needs a lesson in customer service and how to treat customers. Management should definitely have a talk with her and tell her when customers return and item she shouldn't get annoyed and nasty.

These guys have no problem selling you a Movado, but try to get a battery replacement and see what happens? LOL I walked into a dead store, 3 staff members behind the counters doing nothing. I asked them if they can change my movado battery, and they stated they were way to busy for that. I asked them if i could leave it and they said no. They told me I can try back after the holidays. What an embarrassment to Movado as a company.
