Do not bank at this branch on Tatum. They are the most difficult branch I have ever worked with. They are rude and basically told me since they didn’t know me they couldn’t help. So apparently if you know the manager then he will help you. Otherwise, you’re out of luck.

Mesa Branch is awesome. Avoid this branch as I've been here an hour while two bankers, one teller and Manager Riley told me I needed an appointment as I sit and watch a banker and Riley conduct a 30 minute meeting. If I knew I needed an appointment I would have made one. Mesa, you just walk in, wait your turn and get handled.

When we moved to arizona from seattle in winter of 20/21 we wanted a bank with a small town feel but great products and service and i can say they have been wonderful to work with infact they have my family and my business accounts and credit cards ect totally satisfied

They financed my car loan but the car I buy for 30.000 thousand the first day broke down and I called the bank to cancel the check for the dealership but they said ones I sign is too late mounting America they only care about the money the had no fillings about people
