I'm a rancher out here in Phoenix, and I needed a mortgage that matches my wild and unpredictable income. So, I heard about this Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) from Mortgage Dove through a friend of mine. Figured I'd give it a shot. The whole process was alright, and the Mortgage Dove team was friendly, but there were a few bumps in the trail, you know? Some of the terms with the ARM took a bit to wrap my head around, and the online portal was a tad confusing. So, I'll give 'em 4 stars. But in the end, I got the mortgage I needed, and I'm ridin' easy now. If you're a rancher like me, the ARM from Mortgage Dove could be just what you're lookin' for.

I am sooooo annoyed with all those other lenders I considered before Mortgage Dove! Like seriously, they were a total waste of my time. One of them couldn't care less about what I wanted and acted like they were doing me a favor just by talking to me! And, they wanted to charge me extra for barely lifting a finger! And don't even get me started on those big-shot lenders! They tried to push their own agenda, and their terms were way off from what I needed. And the nerve to slap me with high closing costs and drag out the financing process! But thank God I found Mortgage Dove through Trustpilot reviews! They actually gave a darn about what I needed and came up with a deal that fit me so much. Finally, someone who understands even if I just spoke to them via phone! I'm super duper thankful for their service, but!! It shouldn't be this hard to find a lender that actually cares! Anyways, they’re at South West Watson if you need them.

i’m so grateful to have worked with mr sean moore for my 20 year fixed mortgage home loan. its like hes my lifeline in this overwhelming process. sean has been my amazing guide, making sure everything is on track. even without a face to face meeting(even though they were near, since they were just at phoenix, i didn’t have time to go there sooo) his skills and trustworthiness shine through in every interaction. he’s like a guardian angel, making sure my mortgage loan is handled with utmost precision and care. and he pays close attention to every little detail! it’s like he reads my mind and anticipates my needs. i’ve worked in management and i know good service when i see it but sean’s performance is truly... wow! i trust him with all my heart just like my customers trusted me back in the day. he's simply the best and i am happy to recommend him to anyone in need of a mortgage loan. i will never stop being grateful to my neighbor too for telling me all about them and giving me their office number.

Am a proud parent of three kids right here in Phoenix, and my family was busting at the seams in our current home. So, we were on the hunt for a 25-Year Fixed Mortgage to upsize a bit. A friend from our kid's school recommended Mortgage Dove. Overall, it was a good experience. They helped us lock in a 25-Year Fixed Mortgage, which suited our growing family. The only reason I'm not giving 'em 5 stars is that there were a few hiccups during the application process, which slowed things down a smidge. Still, we're happy campers in our new, spacious home, thanks to Mortgage Dove. If you've got a growing family and need a mortgage in Phoenix, these folks can steer you right.

Mortgage Dove was really, really good. Like, I can't even tell you how much I liked then. Discovered them when I typed mortgage lenders near me in Google Maps. It was also easy to drop by their office. The whole app process for my ARM was like, super easy and didn't give me any headaches. Sending the docs was like so easy for me. But you know what really stood out? It was like, working with their staff from the start to the end. They’re like, amazing! I mean, having them just made everything feel so... smooth and.. quick. And communicating was like, the best! So easy and straight to the point. And you wanna know the best part? The whole time, there were like, no surprises. They were on top of everything, getting stuff done real fast. And their rates and costs were like, unbeatable!
