Absolutely amazing service! I originally ordered my loveseat from Ashley Furniture Store since they were the manufacturer. Paid for loveseat and delivery well over a month ago. Delivery was supposed to be April 28, but they kept changing it. Final straw, no delivery on new date of May 7. Cancelled ordered and went online to Mor Furniture and found exact same loveseat $100 cheaper and in stock. Immediately purchased it and set pickup for May 8. Later in the day, Mor called and offered to deliver it for free since they would be in my area. They gave me a delivery window of 10am -2pm. It was perfectly and professionally delivered at exactly 10am. I will definitely make more purchases at Mor Furniture! Thank you so much for your awesome customer service! Kindly Patricia Glover

Didn't want yo wait for delivery so drove to the warehouse. Backed up the ramp, they loaded it and we were off! Nice people.

Drove 5 hours each way to pick it up. Had to rent a van for $200 and don't get me started on gas costs. Take the wrapping off and one has a hole in fabric and the other the back is coming up. Now they say drive 5 hours back to exchange. Seriously!?

Slow loading. 4 and half hours, bed loaded mattresses. To avoid detention they won't sign for in and out times on BOL. Own up to your work people or step up your game.

Absolutely the WORST! Ordered my couch in mid Nov and received 2 of the 4 pieces. Was told I would get 3rd piece in Dec and 2nd piece in Early Feb.They tried canceling the delivery of the 3rd piece because they didnt want to only deliver 1 piece. I had to complain (have to write email or drive to facility to complain as their is no number directly to the store)The 3rd piece came a few days later.I went to store in early Feb and they then said the 4th piece got pushed to March 5th. I emailed today and now they are say Mid April. All while the cushions on the pieces I have are starting to deform because they move amd separate due to no corner piece.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU GET ALL PIECES together.

By far the absolute worst experience ever!! Going on a 4 month battle on a simple task to get my furniture delivered! ZERO communication and ZERO accountability from anyone at this location. Nelson, the salesman for this location and Dustin, the manager are an embarrassment and should be ashamed. Constantly making false promises and are even rude/disrespectful when speaking to me and other customers. Avoid them and this location at all costs and spend your money elsewhere. Not worth the battle!!
