“Great service!!!!! Both Adam and Moe really, really helped me, my husband, my mother, and father out!! We all bought new phones at Luke AFB and had them sent to house- which was great- until it was complicated. I brought the phones in to have everything transferred over which they did for mine and husbands phones- my parents phones iOS was too old to transfer, but they were able to get the service transferred (which was great), and they will just have to go to Apple Store to get the rest of data transferred. It was great to have their help to get everyone up and running. Thank you so much Moe and Adam!!!”

I came to switch carriers from Verizon, my plan was $80, but now $35 with Metro for the exact same services. I forgot her name but the Latina woman was the one to assist me and was awesome, very informative and even showed me another promotion for a free phone with my switch. I came wanting to save money, and I left doing just that. But the team does have a welcoming energy and makes you comfortable coming in if you did want to do some extra for yourself or another! Also earlier in the week, I had questions so I called in first. Both times, she always answered the phone promptly and had great customer service/tone/attitude as a rep!”

“Cricket hasn't been my favorite service sometimes, however when needing help, Rodrigo on 19th and Glendale location was very helpful with my boyfriend's search for a new phone.
