Started with this bank 3 years ago and had some minor despondents. I had considered closing my account. But this time, I'm done!Josh the manager needs to go back to customer service training. Hands down the rudest bank employee I've ever encountered. And I bank with several banks and been banking for decades. The man literally raised his voice at me in the middle of the lobby. Very embarrassing for him, since I was the only customer in the branch at the time. The app is subpar and will not notify you of transactions when it's convenient for them. I would not bank with them, especially at a branch Josh is in charge of. If I can give negative stars I would...... Negative 2 stars Josh.... Negative 2 stars.I absolutely feel ripped off. Not a good feeling when you're dealing with a bank!

Horrible. You are treated like at a big bank and have all of the fees without the conveniences of a big bank. The online business banking and app are terrible, you can't even transfer money to an external account.

As to my earlier post I'm changing my rating I'm going to go to a one-star. Well it seems that my friend he got his personal account at the same time that he opened our business accounts there and so evidently there's a hold on the account for so many days or you know something but then we learned that whatever check is written there's a hold on the check or how long you can hold a check for that's somewhere written in the code on the check. Did not know this but they have decided to hold the check or the money for the whole 16 days. The problem with that is is the money should be available right away because it's a title company sending out the money in a check but the bank MidFirst has decided to just keep the restriction on there and just go ahead and hold it for 16 days and what my friend was told was that they're the manager the district manager I should say is stating that they have the right to hold it for the 16 days they don't have to release any money they don't have to do anything so I'm assuming that they're not a nice company to have your money with and I just found out I do believe that the manager I was talking to at the branch on Thunderbird and 7th she's not the manager she's the acting manager so evidently they have nothing but acting managers no you know regional manager they're acting regional manager so they have no clout they have no pull they have no authority in on anything they're just acting as somebody. Which I find is interesting but like I was going to say the woman that I talked to the manager or acting manager of MidFirst she told me that they're not federally insured so I'm trying to figure out how a bank MidFirst isn't federally insured but she's saying that they're not so if you're wanting a bank that's federally insured I would definitely not go to MidFirst because evidently they're not federally insured they say bank but they're not federally insured so that's why I'm changing my whole rating that the the attitude and the the lack of responsibility or lack of leadership with MidFirst is not good not good at all and I would stay away from opening an account there I would even stay away if you're going to open a business account because if they're not federally insured then I don't know why we are even there so I'm going to talk to my business partner and find out if he knew that they weren't federally insured so this is just really crazy so I would advise everybody to stay away from MidFirst. And again my business partner doesn't know if his house is even sold he could have got scammed you know the money is not there but the the title company has stated that the money's been taken out of their account they've even produced a piece of paper or something saying that it has been taken out of their account and it's been processed but MidFirst says that they don't have the money so somebody's got the money and in this day and age of electronics I can't see how MidFirst doesn't have the money and I guess it's just easier to say why we don't have your money instead of saying hey we have the money but we're going to hold your money for the 16 days cuz you're a new account you've only been open for months they're not even doing that they're just saying we don't have the money and we don't know where it is and obviously no personnel at any branch or any management level can tell you anything about your bank account. Because they're all just acting managers they're not real managers so they're just lonely tellers acting as managers cuz they have no managers weird

I’ve been banking here for almost two years. Nothing but continuous disappointments. My money gets put on hold for 8 days because I deposited it online. I’m currently moving into an apartment and I could potentially be late on bills because of this bank!! So upsetting to not get the money I work 50 hours a week for. Will 100% be closing my account here when my check is off hold.
