I recently relocated to the area for work and required a direct deposit form. I used to frequent their Thunderbird location, which was quite a distance away. Fortunately, I stumbled upon this Midfirst branch, and I couldn't have been happier. The staff was excellent, and the service, as expected, was top-notch, delivering that awesome Midfirst treatment once again.

Once again, impressed with customer service at Chandler MidFirst Bank. Kudos to associate Ms. Lola Gonzales. Despite being the only teller available on a very busy day, she remained friendly, calm and helpful while providing top-notch customer service. What a pleasure dealing with Lola!

Use to love MidFirst. Over the years they have changed a lot. We use to get such great customer service and I guess that is a thing of the past. Also don’t try to close a safe deposit box. Should take 5 minutes or less and maybe a signature but they will tell you that all their “bankers” are busy and booked. Now I have to drive over an hour to come back and close the box. Well now I am going to close my bank accounts, credit card, and all other accounts that I have with them at that appointment. US Bank has now earned all my business.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. There was another lady there that ended up taking care of me instead. Lola was way nicer than that other lady.

Be careful if you select this bank for any business banking. We have had consistent delays and trouble getting basic international wires complete in a reasonable time. before we knew there is a problem. On other occasions it took a few visits to different branches to find someone qualified to do a wire without an appointment. And then... it was done wrong again. I hesitated to leave a review but it is a reoccurring issue. I give them one star for their polite tellers.

Staffing issues, always, even before the pandemic. Which results in bad customer service. Waiting in line for longer than 15 mins is unacceptable.

My banking experience with MidFirst has been incredibly disappointing. My company is a small business and we work with a vendor in Bulgaria, which requires payment my international wire transfer. Accordingly I requested an international wire transfer to my vendor for $1025 over a month ago. My vendor claims to have never received it and has asked for a SWIFT document or some type of legal document showing that the money was sent and received.MidFirst had no problem taking the $1025 from my account, but after weekly requests for verification that it was actually sent and received their manager and Vice President, Jay Kandybowicz, has refused to provide that documentation. With week I will initiate whatever legal remedies that I may have, but it is heartbreaking that this bank refuses to provide this simple document. HORRIBLE wish I could rate negative.. Linda T this location was so dismissive and unprofessional in fact! Over the phone ."what you think you're gonna get money that's not yours" "I'm not giving you something that's not yours" VERY disrespectful when that's not even what I asked regarding a charge !!!! I was so polite too like what did I ever do to this Linda person? She proceeded with saying "it's not our fault you don't manage your account" WHO ASKED FOR YOU TO BE THAT DISRESPECTFUL? SHE NEEDS TO GET FIRED ASAPPPPP. I've recommended so many people to midfirst and I regret it ! And this is not the first time she has disrespected me ! I want to make sure if I'm being disrespected with the slightest bit my community should not have to endure her disrespect!
