Love this place. Customer Service very helpful, friendly, clean, store. All staff from the front entrance to the middle, back and register are all Super nice. I recommend this place for all your hair/beauty needs. Pricing is affordable in comparison to all places in the PHX area. Love place. Thank you for being here for us all. ?

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I was really looking forward to shopping here but unfortunately was very disappointed:/The workers here are extremely disrespectful and rude. As soon as I went in I was followed the entire time by 4 different people which was very rude and uncomfortable and made me not want to spend any money there so I left.

It's big they got a lot of selections. It can be overwhelming by all of the selections, but their prices are about average price. I'm never disappointed whenever I go.

I went into a Boost Mobile store the other day and purchased an iPhone and the sales rep. Berenice gave me the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. She was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and extremely patient with me while I was making my purchase. I told her I wasn’t very tech savvy so she actually help with everything, even transferring data from my old phone. I hope Boost truly values this employee .

THEY WANT LOYAL CUSTOMERS YET THEY ARE JUDGEMENTAL AND ACCUSE YOU OF STEALING!! I BEEN COMING HERE SINCE THE VERY FIRST DAY OF OPENING! I ACCIDENTALLY WALKED OUT WITH SOME RUBBER BANDS DISTRACTED BY MY PHONE AFTER SPENDING OVER 50$!! ALREADY!!! SECURITY GUARD CAME AFTER ME LIKE I WAS STEALING A BAG OF MONEY! I QUICKLY TURN AROUND AND GO PAY FOR THEM AS IM STILL ON PHONE ... WEEK LATER I COME BACK AND THE FEMALE OWNER PRACTICALLY RUNS UP TO ME OUT OF BREATH .LOL..AND TELLS ME A VIDEO WAS SENT TO HER BY THE GIRL WHO CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH THAT WORKS THERE OF ME STEALING 1.50$!!!! RUBBER BANDS AFTER I CONSTANTLY SHOP THERE AND EASY SPEND 50$ MINIMUM EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I AM COMPLETELY HUMILIATED AS IM FORCED TO TALK AND EXPLAIN MY SIDE IN FRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS!!!! WOW!! ... NOW THE FUN PART! THE CASHIER WORKING THERE DOSE NOT LIKE THE FACT I AM AN OCCULTIST STUDYING DEMONS, SMALL MINDS ARE INCAPABLE OF COMPREHENDING THE HIGHER LEARNING IN OCCULTISM, THEREFORE I UNDERSTAND CASHIER GIRL (THE ONE WHO DOSE NOT SPEAK ENGLISH) AND NEVER ONCE MADE CONVERSATION WITH HER AGAIN, APART POLITE ACKNOWLEDGMENT, --- me starting conversation led to the disclosure of my choice of becoming a demonologist--- HER FACE AT THAT MOMENT!!..NEVER again WAS THAT FEMALE ACKNOWLEDGE ME! if her bosses were around she had no choice but almost whispering!! SO I WOULD NOT SHOP THERE IF SHE WAS CASHIERING, THINK ABOUT IT!!! IM A LOYAL LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO WAS THERE FIRST DAY AND BEEN COMING ALWAYS SHOPING NEVER LEAVING WITHOUT FULLY SATISFIED, I WOULD EXPECT TO AT LEAST BE PULLED TO THE SIDE NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORE!!!! ...NEVER COMING BACK HERE.....FOR THE POINT OF IT. ITS STILL AN AWSOME STORE THE NAILS!!!!! OMG!!! IMA MISS THE NAILS!!! ACCUSE ME BUT DON'T EMBARRASSE ME! ...... ACCUSED OF STEALING 1.50!!!!!! ....IMA UPLOAD MY RECEIPTS TO SHOW!!!!!

I've been patronizing this establishment a long time!Product is always plentiful!I buy a particular item habitually and always appreciate the customer service of when it isn't in stock, of them letting me know when it will be available!The mood/atmosphere of the music makes for an even more rewarding experience!I will continue to patronize this establishment!
