Brought my grandmothers ring in to thicken the shank and add a Ruby center stone, absolutely amazing job it has the most beautiful natural Ruby and really kept the antique quality of the ring that I was wanting.. customer service was also amazing so helpful and courteous. Having move to Arizona a couple of years ago I have found my future jewelry store for all my needs.

Amazing customer service! Emily was very sweet and helpful. They advised to resize my ring it would take over a week, but they were able to complete it in 2 days! A different jewelry store (a major chain) had lied to me and said my ring wasn’t real gold and refused to resize it (they said this because it was too complicated for them to resize it) but Michaels was able to take it in, and get the job done for me, and they were able to confirm it was real. Definitely going back to Michaels for my future jewelry needs!

My husband and I went here to get a very precious wedding band resized for him. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and honest. The ring fits beautifully and was meticulously cleaned. We plan on coming back soon to purchase a new engagement ring for me.

Great honest business they referred me to a different jeweler due their jeweler not feeling comfortable working with my Native American jewelry and even gave me free cleaning cloths to see if I wanted to go that route great 1st time experience

Randy is the BEST! They have rebuilt 2 beautiful rings for me. The jeweler does excellent work! They are timely, professional and extremely courteous! I wouldn’t trust any other jewelry store with my precious pieces? Thanks Randy!!!

Went in asking questions. They were very rude. Wouldnt answer my questions fairly when I said that my budget was lower than what the lady wanted. Told her i could definitely spend more than budget but wanted to see options to I can understand what I am buying. Service is horribke and sites online have way better deals for the same rings.

Excellent !! We worked with Dori Angelo our personal jewelry designer and she is fantastic . Her creativity and attention to detail is impeccable. We live in Vegas and our rings were securely shipped to Michael's creative Jewelry in Arizona ( Mesa ) they arrived and Dori immediately contacted me to let me know ..she kept in close communication through out the entire process . I highly recommend this jeweler and I highly recommend the designer Dori Angelo . Our rings came out gorgeous .. still can't believe it's our stones with a dazzle of new life and design .. pricing is very reasonable for a custom design . The care and quality is definitely there !!
