So I went to this location a week ago I live in Yavapia County. So we went in there to purchase 2 lines our bill is $130??? We went to another location and bill would of been only $80. This location that we spent $308 waste of money. First we didn't want a screen protector and a phone case. Hassan literally throw it in there with out even asking us if we wanted it "pushy". Don't come to this location..this guy is money hungry and honestly rips you off with fake personality.

I was told on the phone by Metro that we could get a new Sim card at no charge because of an insurance issue & they would note the account. We got there we were told there no notes about it. The insurance is a rip off, after paying $10 for 2 years we still had to pay $60 deductible! Then they sent me a broken phone instead of a brand new not broken phone then made me return the damaged phone before they would send a second replacement phone which is why I accidentally left the Sim card in that phone. :(

Worst store ever! They only want to sell you a new phone. I have been in several times, because they are the closest to me.They are NEVER helpful! Only want to sell you a phone! It is probably the way they are trained! I recently went into another Metro by T Mobile phone store from out of state. What a breath of fresh air. They were so helpful!I am leaving Metro by T Mobile. THIS STORE STINKS, NOT HELPFUL, AND LIE TO YOUR FACE!

CORRECTION: THIS IS FOR CAVE CREEK AND THUNDERBIRD LOCATION. ZERO STARSWent in tonight to port my number over and hopefully get a more updated device and I typically wouldn't waste my time even writing a review, however, this employee by the name Mari waas visiIt was very obvious that she was annoyed that we came in a little too close to closing considering the amount of time it would take her to port over our two different services.. it was clear she didnt want to assist us as she had originally told me that my service and number were eligible to port over and had told my husband that he was unable to port his number over as he didn't have his phone with him. We had told her that the phone had been stolen and she insisted that Airtalk wouldn't port him out without having the device as proof of ownership. She pretty much had this "cant" attitude and her response to every question was "i cant, you cant, it cant happen." She literally just shut us down any way she could. We continued to call airtalk and this took a significant amount of time leaving us with just over 30 minutes to port my number over. I had provided her with the account number and transfer pin and she proceeded to take my phone and go through my messages then stated that I had just "started" my service a few days prior. I had told her that I refilled my service, yes, to which I received a text message confirming that. She proceeded to tell me that my service had to be active for 90 days? I explained that I've had this service for a significant amount of time before she pulled her personal phone out of her back pocket, rolled her eyes and said that she would need to confirm it with my company ... I then reminded her that prior she had said my number was eligible and told her "if you don't want to do it, just say so."She then says "Oh I can do it, But it's going to cost you 3 months in advance." In an extremely rude manner. At that point I had reached over-the-counter to take back my phone and said "Just forget it, I'll go to another location."Now I'm just wondering, is it really metro's policy? Or was this just simply just an employee being lazy? If she dislikes her job working customer service so much, why not go work somewhere else so that somebody who can provide better service can take her position.Metro had lost 2 customers tonight as a result of their employees terrible attitudes and lack of customer service skills.

Bought a speaker and didn’t work went the next day to exchange it and they said the manager was not available to come back on Monday went again on Monday and still no manager so they told me to go to a different store where the manager was, once I got there the manager stated she couldn’t refund or exchange $80 jbl speaker . So I’m basically stuck with a broken speaker and $80 down the drain. I read the receipt and it states all devices or accessories can be refunded within 14 days and they still failed to honor it! That’s a way to treat your customers!!UPDATE: Spoke with the owner and he made it right! Thank you for understanding!

I spoke to someone not long ago and i now have been calling back for the past 30 minutes, NOBODY is picking up the phone, i have to leave my house to go to the store to get help. As the OWNER of BRUTEFORCE N.F.E CLOTHING, this is absolutely, TERRIBLE customer service.

CSR decided to sell me a phone which changed my network. Costing me my ability to do gig work which requires a 5G network. Unwilling to own their mistake to their support, after spending $170.00, and the cost of $150 a day until I can resolve. Corporate customer service also unable to resolve. Will find new provider and see options for litigation of lost wages.

Shoulder dislocation on Bell road is a horrible is always only two people working and if you're not of Spanish descent they are not eager to help you yes it's what I said I had to leave store and go to the one on Greenway those ladies are Greenway are wonderful this location until needs to be closed down hello Metro you're losing money these people lie and I need to let go roulette go

Went to pay my bill as I paid my bill I asked about why I'm having problems with my G5 service the associate had no answers but was trying to make me buy a new phone and I just bought this phone 3 months ago and made no sense but couldn't do nothing for me and did not resolve any issues I'll never recommend no one to MetroPCS ..wow I just seen metros replays to the reviews and what are you guys set up with a automatic response reply with the same apology and no one saying they'll contact you just a pointless response "we hope you give us another chance in the future" lol that's a joke this ain't no kind of customer service, what is it that you do to resolve this issue/problem/ unsatisfied customer???

My aunt went to this location for a promotion that they are running for $40 a month unlimited and had a specific phone picked out. The sales person acted as if she was a total inconvenience. Would not help her with getting the information she needed to port her number over, lied and told her that she did not qualify for the promotion, did not tell her that the phone that she wanted would cost 19.99 with a new number rather than be free, and to top it off he added a charger and cord accessory to her order that she did not need or want. I was so upset I looked at the terms and conditions of the promotion and she would have qualified and since she was already approved by the national verifier she would actually qualify for the acp life line price. It is a shame that quality customer service went out the window here especially since she was the only customer in the store. Please trust and understand that I will be contacting customer service and asking for the owner of this location to contact me to discuss rectifying this issue!
