I've never felt the need to write a review but, I had such a great experience here that I want to genuinely thank and praise this location. I went in to buy a new cell phone to which I walked in very overwhelmed and upset. The workers quickly were there to help me but, they truly went beyond that. They offered me so much attention and they made this whole process so simple for me. They also just treated me with so much kindness just genuine kindness. I would never thought buying a phone would have me walking out so happy but, the two people working truly were so respectful, attentive, and kind to the point that I can not just not write this review. Thank you to this location seriously.

Watch out for this location they're scam artists. I recently bought the 5G Ace there spent about $300. I asked for insurance on the phone and the lady said it was on there. When she quoted me the price I asked again is that include the insurance she charged me $5 more. Fast forward to today. I dropped my phone in the water I discovered I don't have insurance I have some security feature. I give them a call and spoke to someone who told me to bring the phone in and if the insurance isn't on there they'll contact corporate. I go when I get off of work and this was a different girl who was rude and condescending she was completely useless. She did however mention that the person may have added the security feature for "quota purposes" . Those was her exact words. Then she said there's nothing they can do about it. She didn't have the number to corporate and their manager was only there on Fridays. I've been with Metro for years and I feel played. Leave that store alone.

So the service here was not great was working with a rep there name Perla who was just judging with getting a new phone and had unprofessional question that were not needed to be asked at the time

I purchased the a new phone for my daughter and I. I called before hand with 1 million questions about porting my number over ...Marcela assisted me on the phone and in the store! She gave me the most amazing customer service... The whole transaction or porting over 2 phones and setting up the phone went quickly... I had alot of questions and Maricela was extremely patient and thorough with answering all the questions. I would definitely recommend this location especially Marcella she was amazingly helpful and knew the products metro sold!!!!
