This was a very small Metro in the food city, but didn’t lack any customer service or the product I needed . I had called around asking about 20 different metros if they had iPhones and this was the only Metro that still had them in stock. We went in and Rene was extremely helpful! He was very friendly and had lots of patience, offered us water and helped us set up the phone. Very great customer service! Thanks Rene!!

Assurant told me i could activate my replacement at any store. i came here for help and felt like i was bothering them. they did not even bother asking me for my name and number. they simply said "sorry you have to call 611" DONT even waste your time at this sorry location. Its already scetchy af having them inside a grocery store. I should've read the reviews before I came here

I would not shop here! that rep Eric ripped off my mother he added 2 lines to her account without letting her know and when the bill was due it was way more than what my mother pays. I went to another store to see why the bill was high and they told us that there was 2 lines added but we only have my mothers line. Luckily the gentleman at the other store canceled the 2 unwanted lines. But we still had to pay a fee for having those lines there for the month, which sucks!

Gaby was extremely rude and very disrespectful while I was trying to get assistance on a phone that I was having trouble with the day before Eric who is always helpful and very nice his customer service skills are exceptional maybe Gaby could learn something from him. The manager Jesus or Jesse at first tried to give me attitude as well and then said I don’t know what’s going on taking Gabys side at first and I said well regardless what’s going on customer service should be a priority other then matching a frustrating customers mood. He quickly changed his tone and began to give me great customer service explained to me why I couldn’t get a refund but got everything taken care of and transferred and installed a tempered glass and case on my new phone. Overall at the end I was satisfied but to have Gaby with rudeness and raising her hand, rolling her eyes and just being plain rude to me was frankly really disappointing my son said she was possibly recording us too and if that’s the case then idk what to think of her, Jesse tried to say that maybe people have bad days well I know cause I’ve worked in retail and customer service and if that’s the case then take a break or learn how to desperate your personal life from work cause I wasn’t being rude I was just insisting on her help like I would’ve insisted Eric or Jesse.

I’ve gone both times to this location before my unpleasant experience today with Gaby hoping to see Ericc friendly face but he was off today! However this is about my two prior visits I’ve gone both times with frustrations cause usually that’s what’s going on with phones they tend to cause issues that are unknown to the user and both times instead of being rude, disrespectful or unprofessional like Gaby he was smiling, pleasant and even funny which is refreshing due to how hard it is for people to even want to go outside during this difficult time. Both times he listens, smiles and advises me on how he can help me he doesn’t give me any attitude and provides exceptional customer service. Metro PCS needs more people like Eric working he understands that customers will come in frustrated but instead of arguing with the customers and matching their frustrating moodS he takes the higher road and kills you with kindness by the end he’ll have your phone set up and questions and concerns answered with a smile on his face and yours!
