Even though I was stuck there for a couple hrs. Due to technical difficulties w/phone activation. Jackyln was the best. (Poor lady was so worried about me yelling @her because of the delay..lol ). The fact of the matter is my needs came 1st. And she trouble shooted the problem till it was fixed.

Overall amazing customer service .The manager helped find the best price for a Samsung and helped me passed my contacts definitely recommend going to this metro 10/10

They have no knowledge of cell phones. Just sales people trying to up the sales. Watch out for any online discounts especially the free phone with service. It will cost you over $150 for the free phone deal because they force you to buy a case, screen protector and a charger to get the free phone also a bunch of activation fees. Once you sign up your on your own. Zero customer service after you sign on. Be prepared

I wish I could give zero Stars. I went into the metro store today after being a customer for 6 years ask the young man to check and see when I bought my phone and he wouldn't bother to look to see if I could get an upgrade so I went to boost Mobile and bought a new phone and I told him if I shut my phone line off could I still keep my internet and my tablet he assured me I could I also went into another metro store and ask the lady there the same thing she also assured me that I could keep my internet and my tablet well when I change my phone from from PCS to boost it shut everything off so MetroPCS has cost me a lot of money today if you smart stay far away from them far far away

Rosa at the store was amazing! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location. Rosa was speeding and explained all the available deals that I was eligible for.

I bought an iPhone from the apple store and wanted to switch the service to the new phone they charged me 23 dollars. And they couldn’t even get my phone to have service because of the “SIM card” I called the apple store and I had to update the software on the new phone. I HAD to update the software that was the only issue and metro pcs didn’t even know what was wrong. I think they need to educate their staff more. Because I even went a second time after I got the iPhone fixed and she wanted to charge me again to switch the services. It upsets me a lot and I’m thinking of switching to Verizon ?
