Bad customer service. I saw the rep activate a phone for customer before me and when it was my turn i asked the girl for my account information and she said she couldn’t give me that information she told me to call customer service and i did in front of her she spoke to customer service then she said her system was down then i asked for a receipt of my last months bill and she said she cant print out receipts .

Customer service was good at first was sold a speaker with a broken charger port and was refused a replacement when it was defective from the get go
