I called this store because my local store had their system down to be sure they had ability to activate a new iPhone I had purchased
I got to the area and not knowing where the store was exactly (wife called)
I had little concern certainly the store front light would be on. I drove every shopping mall in the four corners but no metro?
About to shit can the idea I noticed a store on the strip mall lit up like daytime but the big Metro sigh was shut off this is 40 minutes until closing
Went inside and the lady was checking out a couple said be right there but she continues to yuck it up with those friends? Customers? Anyway a lady woddled out of the back room and ask if she could help me?
Yes we just called about a phone activation besides the normal " what's your number etc....she asked if I was paying cash or card? Cash I tell her.
Oh you need a debit card to at least pay $1.00 of the cost to activate. I told her I have exact change ( they clearly had tallied up the receipt for the day already some 40 minutes prior to closing.
I mentioned I had $100.00 credit on my account and the system automatically removes the amount from your account so no monetarily action must take place.
She started to get snotty toward me, ( mad because she had to work and not sit in the back room putting her makeup on)
She insisted I had to pay the single dollar on a debit card
I called her lazy, unprofessional and a lier
( I two days prior switch my service to another used phone I had around at my store and exactly what happened when I wanted to pay her she said it paid it came from your balance. I paid anyway because my balance covers x amount of months with a reduction in funds would make a incoming month paid not be so we added the cost to my balance restoring the balance to 100)
I did the activation two days prior to my very disrupting life visit at this store 6011 w Thomas Rd.
It amazes me the so called managers of these locations don't keep a better handle on their employees.....but why that's how they got the job by working their way up from sales staff so that are just as bad at goofing around when they are supposed to act like adults and DO THEIR JOB
I won't tell you to avoid this store because they all are equally bad however maybe the (so called) manager might see this and make a better attempt at trying to a responsible representative of metro / t- mobile

Bad service, the girls with a bad mood as if they couldn't be turned off by things, I was looking for something in particular and they didn't even have the price in the files because they didn't have the products registered, then they made a call and they gave me an unrealistic price for a charger

Just last night I went to purchase my new line at T-Mobile, the girls with bilingual attention took good care of me, they offered me the best option in equipment and they even gave me a charger.

Not one to leave reviews. I really don’t bother to do so. However, the staff of this location are friendly and definitely know what they are talking. Hector and Evelyn (not sure If I spelled it right?) were able to Answer any questions I had in regards to the phone I purchased as well as my lines I already have. You’re greeted right away upon entering. Over all a good location With fantastic employees. Both have positive vibes and can make a regular trip to such places feel more than just a trip to the “phone store”. Especially with Evelyn’s smile. Keep up the good work guys!

Once again great service at this location. Hector was a big help in explaining the process for getting a new phone. Went to another store to get my phone along with cases to choose from. I was very satisfied with the service he provided me. Definitely will recommend going to this store. Thank you really happy with my new phone ???
