Came to this store for help with my hotspot, door was locked not sure why, the girl that was at the store was not able to help me she said she doesn't know anything about hotspots and that I should call customer service or go to another store, I called costumer service and they told me any metro pcs is able to help me with the issue.

I got a new phone here and didn't even get a charger with it, and they didn't have any covers for the model bought.

Metro by T Mobile has the best phones and service plans available with great customer service. I recommend Metro by T-Mobile.

The people at the store are ok. Got the new ZTE it glitches, only locks once in awhile even after I keep resetting it, never recognizes my finger, an to top it off I pay for unlimited not limited service an I have to wait an hour before I could even look up this location on map quest.
