Bad customer service. If you can't help your customers in store, it's still your job to be helpful and make sure when they walk out they do/did/will get the help they came for.

Today we went to this store, my husband and I went in and no one was there, they were in the back and they didn't deign to go and ask how they could help us until I made a sound on a piece of furniture and said knock knock an employee came out and to make matters worse They didn't have the cell phone we wanted, because they don't put a notice about the phones they don't have in the store, terrible service

I recommend anyone who is looking for a new phone or may have issues or concerns about your current phone! Luis is super professional and patient! He always is eager to help and definitely needs a raise or a bonus ASAP!

Metro by T-Mobile trips on the customer service line will not actually help you, but they will make sure you know you're an inconvenience to them if you call in when Metro phones or service don't work. If you're lucky, the least they'll do is lie about helping you and tell you they're "escalating the issue". That is their most polite way of getting you off the phone and get you to stop bothering them. Things get much worse from there. They are collectively the most disgraceful, despicable and disrespectful group of people I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. Also, the Metro by T-Mobile Facebook page doesn't actually post the real reviews people leave about the real reviews people leave about them. How convenient.

My 13 year old went into this store solely to get a case & screen protector for his new iphone & the person working today refused to assist him with the screen protector! RUDE AF & UNACCEPTABLE BC OUR SERVICE THROUGH METRO!!! ALWAYS HELP KIDS WITH THESE SIMPLE TASKS. A****

I received such friendly customer service. I went in to get a new phone SIM card activated . The representative was quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained what she was doing ( I must admit I still didn't understand). The rap even offered some tips on how to get the most out of my phone.

Great store location over all. My a21 stppped charging after 1 1/2 years. I kept buying chargers USB c. Today 12/22/21 jsaucedo hooked us up with a32. I called in advanced. OTP not an option so I called Cs and added my BF on the account. BF was helped with no problem. Great team overall. Just a bit of advice, the reps need to be more compassionate and not have an additude and get sassy. Not all the reps but some. Learn what charger goes with what phone. The customer doesn't always the difference between USB a and USB c

Tried to get help after someone stole our pin and activated an account and was only met with rude customer service and no help. They kept telling us "well obviously you opened an account" and that they couldnt do anything. What sucks about it too that I recently got a dope new phone from there too.

EXCELLENT SERVICE today from Miss Beso.She explained the prices , let me choose my plan, no pressure! She also took the time to set up my new phone with case, screen protection & transferred my contacts etc from current phone to the new one.I'm very pleased with my choice of new phone carrier / service !!Thank you 46th st Metro location!!???

The customer service is outstanding! Yaritza was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to upgrade my phone, she showed me different options and made sure I was secure about my choice. She was also very nice in transferring everything over to my new phone. Will be definitely coming back to this store!

The staff at this location need to be retrained, if there is such a thing with this location, in customer service. Their mannerisms is below reproach and are rude. A complaint will be filed to the corporate office.
