To be clear, this one was great. It was open, they were quick and I was able to get what I needed done in my lunch hour. And they have had the T-Mobile swag items available every time I've been.

I came in about ten minutes before closing because my phone had just been destroyed past the point of being usable, but Megany still helped me with great customer service. She found the perfect phone within my budget and a good case as well.
