My father purchased a family plan and had a promotional phone sent to me. This location told me I had to pay for the sim card to activate the phone. When my father asked the ******** store at his location, they told him that this location should not have charged me anything for the sim card, and also my brother in a different location was not charged for a sim card. It's not a very large sum of money so I paid it, but it seems like a dishonest business practice.

Dont even waste gas on coming here . There system is always down . They can never take my payments and always send me to another store . Such a hassle !!!

I had help from a woman today, who I believe her name was Sarah. She was so calm while helping me sort out my prepaid phone. She was also very patient with everyone that came in during that time. She’s a great asset to your store.

The store hours our posted opening at 9:00 a.m., there is nobody here at 9:13. The associate who was opening, was running a little late. He got there and opened the store. He was very helpful. He got everything straightened out for me and even saved me a couple dollars on my bill. Thank you Henry, I put in a good word for you!

This is a terribly run store. They don't take their customers seriously. I had to come back 4 times in store to have my issue resolved because they keep pushing it off on the next person. I got a promo dealt to turn my iPhone 11pro max and they would give me a 1000 credit on the new IPhone 13pro max. They also said I can get a bogo deal for 800 dollars off a second new IPhone. Come to find out I only got one deal. I try to get things resolved with an employee of theirs that I won't name because she is very nice and I think it was an honest mistake on her part but she is unresponsive. She said she would talk to her manager and get me a credit by a certain date and if not she would call me none of those things happened. So I have to come in again finally get someone to help me and I guess actually call the main district boss and get a credit on my account for what I was offered a month ago. The staff is also pretty condescending and rude, they don't like you to bother them with questions like it's not there job to help you out.

I HAD A REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION! the Mobile expert Jesus gave me exactly what I wanted! T-mobile has a bunch of offer and your team did a really good job of showing me all the things I might need to ensure my transition from my other carrier was smooth.
