Worst service ever got a new line and new phone back in June and was told I qualify for a government discount provided all the information to them and they activated my line and new phone then I go pay my line the following month and they tell me that unfortunately I did not qualify for the discount and in orders for them to re-do everything I needed to bring everything in again but because I didn’t have what I needed that day I just went ahead and paid my bill without the discount I asked the girl so how much donI have to pay and she says $60 I was like wow can I just switch my plan to a lower plan to the $40 one you guys have and she was like no your gonna have to wait til next month todo that so I make the payment then here we are next months bill is due I go to the store tell them I want to change my monthly phone plan and make a payment the lady goes into my account and says oh it seems your already on the $45 plan and I was like oh well that’s strange because you guys had me paid $60 last month and was told I could not switch plans til this month so you guys overcharged me then that lady made a face and printed out a receipt and showed me oh well it says $45 here I was like well I paid $60 and I don’t have my receipt with me because I switched purses she started giving me attitude so I just walked out and called corporate filled a complaint and was told I was not the first customer to have an issue like that ITS SAD THAT METRO PCS STORES DO CUSTOMERS WRONG LIKE THAT

My phone number with another provider was ported to Metro WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION! This is happening to many Tracfone customers. Tmobile has become a predator.

I came here to purchase a phone for my father and Alejandra was so helpful to me. She is very polite and approaches you with such a friendly manner. I was shy and didn't know what to do when it came to switching the phones but she made the whole experience soft and easy. She genuinely cared about making sure the new phones would take an old sim card and carefully prepped it with a screen protector and case. I wish her well, you don't get service like that anywhere anymore! Makes me want to switch back to Metro ! Alejandra thank you!!

Don't let this location put a screen protector on ur phone. I've never had one just come off for no reason. I've had the phone a week and a half at the time it came off, and they won' t do anything.

I wish i could give a zero star review the Manager Magaly is so unprofessional she has a horrible attitude and i would never go back to this location again. Don't ny any phones from here.

The girls there are always friendly same as always for the past 6+ years.they're human beings they have their moments just like any other human being but in my experience they've always been good at their job. Not saying to perfect but they try their best that's my opinion based on my own experience.
