Supposed to be open until 8pm, I got here at 5:45 & they're closed. No voicemail either. If you call them, it just keeps ringing until you hear a beep & then you're disconnected. Very annoying.

Spoke regarding iPhone 11 on us offer, and the Manager lady told its $50 and refused to honor the Terms of this offer. Seems like this store is trying to do fraudulent business, be careful. When asked why its not as per the terms, she asked to go to other store. She was rude and refused to give her name nor allow me to speak to her manager.

I was in and out with an upgrade in about 10 minutes if that. She was funny and amazing. Great customer service. Answered the phone nice when I called to inquire about a phone I wanted.

Luis was phenomenal with helping me find the right phone ! i had cricket, and wanted to switch over, i was skeptical, but he made me feel at home ! I’m so glad i made the switch, and he was so helpful and so professional. If he isn’t a manager already, i think he can excel in that area for sure !

Today we went in to pay r bill. Ray was the guy who helped us. Not only did he get the bill lowered because it was saying it was higher than it should have been he also got us a 4th line ( now my new phone ) for a steal. Because if his knowledge, and definatly his politeness he made today's visit which we thought to be a disaster into a present time. Thank you Ray for our help today. VERY VERY APPRECIATED.

When I went into the store, I was a mess. My phone was shut off and I had erased it by mistake. I was shocked and SO HAPPY when Ray was able to get my Google account back not knowing my password! Then he told me how to extend my service without payment! Couldn't ask for more! Thanks Ray & Sara
