Will ignore upgrades and deals to up sale you but always ends up offering the worst possible phone somehow
They scammed in to buying a galaxy a15 claiming it was the best option available for my budget of 800 dollars the phone is significantly worse then anyphone I have ever had half the basic apps either freeze the phone for minutes or just outright never worked

I just left the MetroPCS store at 19th Ave & Peoria. I went there to port a number to my account from another carrier. The female behind the counter first stated it couldn't be done then after I informed her I have had it previously done she stated it was too hard to do. I asked her if she could have the porting department teach her how to do it she told me that she has worked for MetroPCS for 3 years and didn't need anybody to teach her anything. She said, sarcastically, have a nice day then waked into the back room of the store out of sight.
After standing there momentarily stunned, I left the store.

Every time I have gone into this store, the sales person seems disinterested as. In helping to the point of laziness. They won't even check there computer to see what the price of something they sell for me! Any question I have they tell me to call customer service.

I was in a hurry but desperately needed a phone. Jasmine (?) assisted me. She was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. She made sure to quickly help me find a phone in my budget, answer any questions and got me out the door quickly. ?

Very satisfied!!! I went in with an issue on my phone. I got help and all my questions were answered. She really cared about all my concerns. I will definitely be going back to this Metro.

This is actually the T-Mobile I was talking about on one of my earlier post which I have since deleted. This place is top notch I would recommend going here for all your T-Mobile needs.

They say be back in 15min. Your store associate is taking long breaks when they should be working. Your customers waiting outside to pay their bill for 40min.

I went to this metro store right before closing time today. Yulissa helped me with my phone service she went above and beyond. She is amazing and I will be telling everyone I know to go to this Metro store. I'm so happy I did. THANK YOU!!!
