They don't open in time... It says they open 10am to 8pm but was closed when I came and I waited for like 30 minutes or more, and they never opened

Jarah was nothing but amazing I called about 6 different stores looking for the iPhone 12 and nope none would have it until 1 when there shipment come in but this location had it she took over a hour to set up and show me how it worked bc well I finally made the switch from an android she has outstanding communication and patience bc I asked over 100 questions while I was there lol so they had phones no one else had given I was a little shook by the side of town but I was treated so well impressed will refer my people to her thanks for all your kindness

The Young lady was helpful. Sold me a phone that was in the budget I asked for. (Hate it, but my fault for not researching before hand) She was even helpful the next day when I returned with some questions!She has a very scary job, being alone in SunnySlope with product and money. (Just across from family services -lots of homeless) Hope the owners have a panic button installed and live feed to the police department. Safety doesn't seem to be a concern for owners. Just saying....

This place has horrible customer service I was in there yesterday with some phone issues after being helped and paying $90.00 instead of the employee telling me that my phone bill is going to expire tomorrow night would I like to pay my bill now? The employee doesn't say anything so today I go back and now they are saying that I have to pay even more money to reactivate my plan altogether which was $30.00! This place has horrible customer service and if you look at the other reviews and do some research that is just the employee rating themselves not the actual customer.

Awesome lady working the front area. She was super informative and friendly, fast service. Definitely would recommend going when she's there. Highly recommend! Can't think of her name to save my life, dang it!
