Store had a promotion to buy a Samsung tablet, after 3 months of service, 50 dollars will be refunded to my account. Saying I will receive a text on my phone from the company. Never happened. I called the company, they said they are not responsible for the promotions of each store. Also, when I bought the tablet, I told them I didn't wanted to buy insurance, they added it anyways. Don't give your business to this greedy store.Metro by t Mobile took off the insurance on my request, plus offered a 5 dollar per month deal on the tablet. The company is good, the franchise stores, not so much. Don't do business at this store, you will regret it.

I called this location to ask about a problem that I'm having with my phone. They answered the phone with just hello. The young man that answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful due to the fact as I'm explaining what's wrong he keeps cutting me off and interrupting me with what he thinks might be the problem before I even finished explaining about what my phone is doing or not doing. He was trying to out talk me so much I had to end up calling another location because he would not let me tell him what the problem is I was having with my phone.

I had to call the cops on these guys because they wouldn't give me my phone that was sent to their store. I had my tracking number and it was signed off by their manager and they still denied it was at their store. Thieves. The whole store are thieves

I would like to share my experience about a worker at the Metro PC store at 6805 n 19th AvePhoenix Az 85008. My older sister had a problem and the service she received from Samantha was excellent. . When a customer comes into any business not sure of what to do when their not very knowledgeable about the technology of today and you come across a worker who is truly concerned about helping the customer with a good deal, their pleasant, patience and their explaining deals to a customer with limited ability, that in my book is not excellent service, it is OUTSTANDING service. I am from New York and it was a pleasure being serviced by this worker. Blessings unto you Samantha for an OUTSTANDING job in customer service we need more like you. ? ? ?

My experience in this store yesterday was the best I've ever had in ANY cell store for any service for the past 22 years.She was fast, professional, friendly and knowledgeable and pleasant in ways I've never experienced before,ever.Had I not been so tired from walking all day in the Phoenix heat I would have thought to write down her name and thanked her manager and mentioned her here personally.Hopefully her manager knows who she is since she had to call him to complete the transaction (due to my own mistake,not her's) and she gets the positive recognition she deserves.Cell store interactions when purchasing a new phone and resolving issues usually take a long time, and these days customer service is usually sub par.This was not the case here.I was in a new phone that fit my price point and my needs,in and out with such a great experience that I almost couldn't believe it happened.Thank you :3
