Being a senior citizen, I struggle with all the new technology. I want to express my appreciation to Donny for his patience, and sense of humor, with my technical issues. I actually enjoyed our visiting while he was attempting to help me. There are many customer services individuals that could learn a lesson from him. Thank you, Donny! And a shout out to Shane today for his follow-up. Mereo, I hope you value these employees.

Talia was awesome. I had trouble with my old DVR and got sent a new one. Talia made getting the new DVR setup a lot easier. She was very kind throughout the whole entire process and made sure everything was working before ending the phone call.

You have an employee named Derek Putscher. I was very stressed and not very knowledgeable about how to get my Netgear Internet working again. I called the Help number twice and got very little help. They told me they would call me back, but it didn't happen. I called again And reached Derek what an incredible example of a fine, helpful, patient, and gracious employee. He is definitely an asset to your business. He needs to be recognized for the time he spent with me on the phone. It was over one hour. He continued to be patient and never once made me feel like I was a bother or not too intelligent.
What an incredible employee!
