I had gotten to Phoenix and forgotten my clothes for that evening's big event. I found the east Phoenix DXL location conveniently near my hotel. Parking, and the physical location is nicer than my DXL in Tucson (N. Oracle road), which is in a sketchy part of town.
The selection was much more inclusive than my Tucson store and it was easy to navigate. Customer service Kayleen (Professional, courteous, smiling, extremely well - dressed, knowledgeable, and very helpful) took very good care of me.
With her kind assistance I was out of the store in just a few minutes. She actually steamed the wrinkles out if the shirt I had just bought! Thanks Phoenix (better than my Tucson) location!”
“I can not sing this store’s praises enough!! Not only do they have some of the best looking and best priced suits in the Valley but their alterations department in the back is a hidden gem!!
Let me start with the suits: my family has two weddings in less than 6 months, mine and my sister’s. My dad went in and was able to get one suit with different vest/accessories that worked perfectly for both weddings. They have a wedding package where EVERYTHING, even down to your shoes, is included for like less than $300 before tax? It’s a steal. And they are VERY size accommodating! My dad is a bigger guy and was able to get his suit ordered and tailored within about a month.
Now, onto the alterations. This shop worked absolute magic. Not only did they work on both of my mom’s dresses for both of the weddings, but they also did my maid of honor dress for my sister’s wedding and my WEDDING DRESS for my wedding! Their seamstresses turned my dress into exactly what I was envisioning AND made it to where I don’t even have to wear ANY shapewear with that dress! I have never looked, or felt, better in my entire life. They have made me feel like a princess and on top of it, are going to be the one’s to get my Prince Charming ready for our big day. Rick and his team are the absolute best and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I used to shop at Nordstrom or Neiman. Then I realized that I could get the same, or higher level, of garments but with a personalized touch without paying the giant retail fees. I get to build a relationship with the staff at Brother’s so they know me, my style, and what I am trying to accomplish. Makes for a better experience time and time again.”

“Kohl's is one of my favorites stores. Love the sales and coupons! The only thing I don't love is that they are more and more getting away with cashiers. I agree that if you are buying 2 things, express checkout is on but I live when you have several items, you can talk to them about price questions, etc. It is a much better experience in my opinion.”

My wife loves the Sephora section here; she finds all her favorite beauty products and enjoys the personalized consultations from the staff. This time, she picked up a few new skincare items she had been eyeing for a while.
We also took advantage of the sales in the luggage department. We found a great deal on a set of durable, lightweight suitcases perfect for our upcoming trip. The selection was impressive, and the discounts made it even better.
The store was busy, but it was well-organized and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenience of the Buy Online, Pick-Up In Store (BOPUS) service. It saved us time and ensured we got exactly what we wanted without the hassle of waiting for shipping.
One small downside was that the checkout lines were a bit long, but they moved relatively quickly thanks to the efficient cashiers. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and we’re sure to return for more shopping in the future.”
