I made appt. for oil change. Upon arrival I was told it would take an hour. This seemed odd, as an oil change takes 15-20 mins. It took a bit longer, making me late for an important appointment. It turns out the hour+ it took included an entire suspension inspection, tires, brake fluid, etc. along with photos taken and sent of all the needed repairs. Meineke should inform the customer at booking the time involved and the services provided whether charged or not. The oil change was fine.

Ok here we go, I recently bought a bmw im experimenting with this I usually opt out for dodge.
Within the first few days I experienced a few minor things with the vehicle.
I went through my warranty silver rock I scheduled 2 appointments, with two different vehicle repair facilities. They both wasted my time and didn’t have the means to correct the problem.
Which were
Windshield washer tank
Brake pads rotors
And a bent rim.
On the fly with no time to waste Tresa told me to bring it down, she shared my frustration about my time being wasted. And within a hour they started on my car. It took an entire weekend no fault of Meineke we waited on the parts shipping company and still is. While we are still waiting I went ahead and bout spare parts for the car so it can be operated while we wait.
They installed the parts at a reasonable price n went above n beyond with additional services the car needed.
The customer service I received restored some faith in humanity. I didn’t deserve the patience they exercised. Whenever when Tresa would forget to call me back Brent would reach out leaving me feeling at ease.

Meineke did an excellent job with my son’s truck. We drove him out for college and the brakes were making some noise. We didn’t want to leave him bed breaks, so took him to this store. They could have easily just said he needed new ones, but instead they were honest that they were still OK and gave them a cleaning. Now my son has a trusted partner for his car while he’s there for the next several years.

One of the few places I have found that gave a completely accurate and fair assessment of my vehicles mechanical issues. Was treated like a valued customer the minute I walked in the door and this continued throughout the process. Communication was terrific, Tressa was great to coordinate with on issues that arose. Would absolutely return!
