I totally understand what is going on with the virus, but am disappointed and frustrated that an message machine has been set up, but I am not being called back. It says that the appointment receptionist is busy on another line but obviously it not being answered. This place is very unprofessional. I was also told my son need an extraction and a bone graph , but when I took him for a second opinion they said he could save the tooth with a root canal. I wish I would have taken myself to another dentist too. I was having a crown done and I have had the temporary on for 6 months because they said the lab has not finished the permanent tooth. I am definitely going call my insurance an let them know not to send people here.

I switched jobs and got a list of dentist through my new carrier chose this location and was so disappointed. Almost didn't go in for my appt because the area was so run down and it didn't look like a building a dentist would be, there was one sign showing from street view which I didn't even see at first. Went in receptionist was nice waited 30 mins to be seen. The hygienist was nice. Then the dentist came in hardly spoke looked at my teeth for like 30 seconds and told me no cavities then I said I came for a cleaning the cleaning he did took about 10 minutes didn't even say bye just got up and left the hygienist to finish up. I've never had a cleaning done that quick and it didn't seem thorough at all. I will not be coming back to this location.

f I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all they have no communication between front office and Dr. Truong. Dr Truong and the assistant entered the room all confused on what the patient is there for, the assistant needs to leave the room to ask the front office what the patient is there for. How is this possible?! I repeatedly told them I had a retainer on my first visit and every time I would go in they had new staff. So, I started my treatment and they did my root canal and crown, but now I am having issues with my retainer not fitting I reached out to the office regional manager Juana M.Castillo and her response was that I had to go get a new retainer because it was never noted on my chart that I was using a retainer !!!!! I told Juana, well you change staff all the time, of the 2 staff members that did my treatment plan neither were working for her anymore! My son was also getting treatment and they have done 3 impressions for a crown and the dental staff can't get it right again i tried reach out to the office managerJuana M. Castillo and she always finds someone else to blame. She said it's not them it's the lab oh and to make things worse they never answer their phone it goes to a third party answering service. If you leave a message for office staff, they never reply back I'm going to reach out to corporate by phone and letter and if possible to the CEO! They need to know what's going on at this office. It should not be the patients responsibility to go get a new retainer just because her staff did not notate my chart, why is this the patients fault!!!! PLEASE READ AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! JUST A HEADS UP OF WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DEAL WITH SAVE YOURSELF FROM A BIG AND LONG LASTING HEADACHE

This place was able to get my niece in quickly ! Now I see why ... she went in just as an emergency which her ahcccs covers emergency over 21 ... she was told she would need two extractions and was given an appointment to return ... upon returning she was given a treatment plan to sign for the extraction plus bone graft ... I didn't see the previous reviews and thought we would give this place a try but after seeing a review that this exact thing happened to someone else ! I was astonished... they told her they would give her a payment plan so she could pay for the bone graft she was in so much pain and we had already wasted time so she did it anyways .. now we see that is unnecessary! It was a wisdom tooth ! The manager was rude when I tried explaining to her the situation and asked why and the provider didn't even acknowledge her as a person rather just another patient ! Never going back I see why it has two stars !

The staff is VERY friendly. They got me in lickety split.. needed a root canal . I didn't feel a thing which is a plus in my book! I looked high & low for a dentist come to find they were just a 5 min walk from my house. Gisselle the assistant was super nice very helpful she made me feel comfortable. Cuz I was super nervous. Dr. Truong was amazing! At first I thought he was too serious but low & behold he smiled & laughed. Which tells me he's serious about doing his work. Gabby very helpful she got the best out of insurance. Its always nice to come to a business to see smiles, it makes you feel welcomed. I will be back becuz this QUEEN needs her crown!! I hope this review was helpful. Have a great day!

So I decided to try this place out since my Cigna Insurance assigned me to this location. I've never been to a dentist in Arizona before since I moved here not that long ago. The dentists I saw in California where way better super nice told you what they where doing whole 9 yards. This dentist was horrible, the Doctor didn't talk to me had his nurse tell me everything. Anyway I needed a filling fixed since it had partially broken off. They say they can fix it but it's not covered so I pay out of pocket. When the doctor comes to give me the shot he doesn't say anything to me like oh you are going to feel a pinch he basically stabs it into my gums, it's the first time I have ever flinched from a shot in my mouth. Not to mention the nurse prior to this also basically made me gag with the X-rays because they didn't fit my mouth. This procedure was done on Wednesday it is now Sunday and my gums still hurt to the point where I have to use Oragel so my gums don't hurt all day. Definitely do not recommend this place. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I went to this office in a lot of pain, for a wisdom tooth extraction. I have insurance that covers it in full. After 2 hours for xrays and an exam I was told my tooth would be pulled. Then the office manager came in and advised me they would have to do a bone graft also, ( their policy after an extraction) which is $400 and not covered. I wasn't able to pay and was offered a payment plan with $160 down, how nice of them for an unnecessary procedure, it felt like extortion. So I left in pain (even had to ask for a script for pain meds).How they could let someone leave in pain like that when insurance would pay for what I actually needed done was despicable. I did some research and the graft IS NOT a standard of care, although it may be recommended if the extraction is in the "smile line", this was a wisdom tooth in the back of my damn mouth. I believe they are trying to pad their bills or collect cash payments for unnecessary procedures, STAY AWAY
