Great experience! I told them my price range and what type of mattress I wanted and they did not try to upsell me. I was in and out in 15 minutes, just the way I like it. I got exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I will recommend Mattress Firm to anyone I can.

Recently stopped in to look for a mattress and was wowed by the wonderful costumer service from Patsy. She was patient, listened, and walked through multiple mattresses with us. Patty was so great we ended up purchasing a new mattress and absolutely love it. I have never had such a great night sleep! We are so happy with our purchase!

Chris was very knowledgeable and knew how to juggle customers. We had just walked in, he was talking to another customer and he very politely greeted us explained he could help us when he was finished with the other customers. This gave us some time to try a few of the mattresses. When he finished with the other two customers we had his complete attention.
All of our questions were answered and we will have a new mattress.

At this store, Chris was such a wonderful help as we worked to buy our first mattress. He had a plethora of information to share and was kind and allowed us to take as much time as we needed. Without Chris, we would not have walked out with a mattress we loved.

Went in looking for a new bed for myself and was politely greeted by the sweetest worker ever, Carrie. Carrie was so kind, smart, and polite when giving me customer service. Her alone will make me never go to another Mattress Firm. The place was also very clean and well kept, Carrie also told me everything I needed to know about everything I asked.

Josh was incredibly helpful and patient in helping find the right mattress for me. I appreciate his help in maximizing available discounts. I like the 120 day policy for price changes and also to exchange the mattress. Ive had to do that before because it is difficult to know until you have slept on a mattress for a month or so. Great purchasing experience.
Update 8/13/2024 Tempur Pedic just came out with their Labor Day sale on the mattress i had purchased in June and Mattress Firm is fulfilling their promise to refund the difference in price. The process was simple and done through a text message. I appreciate the integrity of this company and making it easy to get the refund. Thank you Josh for you help and excellent customer service!
