Great experience! I told them my price range and what type of mattress I wanted and they did not try to upsell me. I was in and out in 15 minutes, just the way I like it. I got exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I will recommend Mattress Firm to anyone I can.

Recently stopped in to look for a mattress and was wowed by the wonderful costumer service from Patsy. She was patient, listened, and walked through multiple mattresses with us.
