This is a very typical clothing store. Where these guys differ is that I feel safer shopping due to the great Loss Prevention team they have. I've seen how they operate and it makes me feel better knowing they staff such caring folks that don't just sit there and do nothing. The mgrs are friendly and the store is well kept. Can't ask for anything more

I like Marshalls but I can't stand how awful & rude a lot of their clientele is. Is best to go during week. I was there on Sunday mid morning & one female literally grabbed a piece of clothing I was looking at out of my hand. Then the people with the unruly kids. The people who can't put their phone down for 2 seconds to do a transaction . My cashier was great. Quick & friendly. Parking lot free but can be challenging because lord forbid anyone walk. There's a mostly empty parking garage on the east side behind staples. Park there. Yes it's adds 2-5 minutes to the walk but you get covered parking. And it's free!

Always enjoy going to Marshalls. The store is always clean and organized. Perfect store for finding nice gifts and the prices are very reasonable.

Don't use the bathrooms here. Feces on the wall, very nasty. Lots of homeless come out during the evenings and will take their tote bags in to steal. It happened in front of us while there. High criminal activity area but atleast the store was clean and organized. A difference from the clusterfrick that was last chance next door.
