Air conditioning not great... was very hot for me walk night. Tried to set cooler to 65or less constance air but didnt happen. Beds are too soft. Cleanliness was great. A high end hotel but no free breakfast, no good cooler. No communication from desk personal. Wouldn't recommend

Rooms are consistently clean, reasonable, and quiet. Sheets are soft and bed was restful. You can always count on

Disappointed that the M lounge was not open from Friday- Sunday. Bed and pillows were comfy.
