Came at the best time. My Grandson played for hours. It's clean and the staff are very friendly .

My little one enjoys his place. There are a couple safety issues I have addressed to them and they have not seem to be fixed. A lot of things need to be fixed.

I did the monthly membership and cancelled in person - they kept charging me for a whole year. When I called them about it they weren’t helpful and very rude. They were happy to charge every month but I didn’t even get receipts! Something fishy going on. Horrible customer service to say the least.
Luv 2 Play Norterra is an indoor playground with dedicated areas for babies and toddlers, and a larger play structure for older children. The location also features a cafe and arcade with redemption games. We also offer party packages to celebrate your kid's milestones both big and little. We do require grippy socks for safety and cleanliness. You may bring your own or buy ours. Adults and children all must have them.
