Went to the store to buy some stuff I got offer to apply for a credit card. I accepted. 3 weeks later I received a business credit card with the name of the company I work for on it. I was wearing a shirt with the company's name on it when I when there but I never asked to apply for a business cc neither to put it under a company's name I do not own. I'm just an employee. Shame on you.

Gotta give a huge thanks to Jaime at customer service he was able to help me even while there was multiple customers in line before me. While I was waiting in line to get help, I heard him calling his managers multiple times to get help. While I was still waiting in line no one showed up to help him out. Once I got to him, he thanked me for my patience which that’s super kind of him. He was able to help me with nice calmly posture. So thank you Jaime you deserve a raise!

Big thanks to Michael in electrical! I’ve never met a nicer person he was genuinely happy to help me solve my diy project questions I was trying for the first time! I ran into him the next day and he asked me all about how it was going and was really excited with my progress! I mean you really don’t run in to people like Michael anymore! He’s a great asset!

They've turned it into walmart with self check out. Eliminating jobs and passing the buck off to the customer. Was a long time shopper here. Maybe I'll go back to home depot. It's sad that Americans don't realize what they're doing to themselves. FYI they made almost 2 billion in NET profits last year... don't worry about shareholders. Worry about workers! Watch them respond with some cookie cutter out of touch corporate response like all the other complaints. "We care about customer service.... blah blah" the moment you forced self check out you said screw the consumer you shop and work here we keep all the money!

It's not this Lowe's location. But anyway, we had a refrigerator delivered to our residence. For $50, they can remove our old one. Once they saw it, they refused to remove it because there were mouse droppings underneath the old refrigerator. They shouldve told us that before hand, but they didn't.So we have a brand new refrigerator sitting on our porch just waiting to get stolen. Hopefully that doesn't happen. My wife and I will never do business with Lowe's again. Shame on them. I want that new refrigerator off of my porch and sent back where it came from. The delivery man was a flat out lazy jerk.

Won't be back.
They've removed all the traditional check out lanes in favor of the "you work for us now" self checkouts.
If you're going to pay some kid to hover over my shoulder and ensure that I'm doing their job properly you might as well just have them do it.
