I went to get touch up paint, and nobody was in the department. I press the button. No one came. I went to HOME DEPOT THERE WERE 2 PEOPLE THERE. Who us running this place.

Beware of 48 hour return policy on appliancesI attempted to return a washer that I had purchased back in December of last year. It has only been 3 weeks and they would not accept a return. Their policy is return appliances UNOPENED within 48 hours. How are you supposed to know the appliance works if you can’t open the packaging? This is ridiculous. Now I have a worthless washer that I can’t return. I am never buying another appliance at Lowe’s again. Clearly, they do not care about customer service at all.At least make certain your shoppers completely understand your return policy. I would NOT have bought it if I had know I could essentially not return it.

Really upset w/this Lowe's bcuz I asked for help w/the veteran discount option & the person telling me that it went thru & yet I asked her to sho me on the receipt but first she acted as if I didn't talk to her then finally she couldn't bcuz I didn't get it. Pretty pissed about this bcuz if ur going to put people in that position they should at least kno what they're doing. Thx Lowe's.

Had an Interview, the interview staff was very helpful and informative. And I was very comfortable with her. She said I would hear back by that next Tuesday. Day came and went no word. I called twice asking for the specific team member who had done the interview. Unavailable both times. Just hope that interview lady is OK. #fallingthruthecracks Cori 9.75

I was just inside Lowe's , trying to buy some items. All they had open was the self checkout. I informed the lady I don't like to do self check out and asked Is there anyway somebody could help. She took the items from me and said thank you so I could leave I hate this. No customer service. I have several rental houses and am at Lowe's on a regular basis. I even have a credit card to track my spending . On my way over to the other guys (Home Depot) to get the parts then To cancel my Lowe's Card Ps... Home Depot was curtious and checked me out with a smile happy to take my money
