Was in the hardware isle today and normally these trips are eye gouging if I can’t build up the courage to ask for help. However today an employee named Mike walked right up to me as I was testing the size to a bolt I needed for a project at home. He helped me find the exact bolts I needed and even had a great substitute for an item since I took the last. I would like to thank you Mike. For your service for this country and for the help you provide at my local lowes! Former vet here as well and I love to see it!

Always a ton of workers police lost prevention fake highly noticeable and ZERO HELP FOR me... Just a casual lifetime loyal customer? NO BIGGIE. I ask they say the personally don't know and instead of getting the answer... Or idk finding me help they/he power walked away lol. I have two kids with me under 4 and a super duper non patient wife plus I asked calmly nicely and because I chose passive aggressive to be "normal" (my wife tells me to be normal). I now had to walk of shame everywhere hearing the entire time "why didn't you ask for help"! Anywho sorry for venting to wrap it up someone called for another???? Worker to come help me which was awkward waiting next to a 5 pack of clocked in workers. They didn't have what I needed and he walked away lol as did my entire family.

Let me be direct. Over the weekend, I visited a garden center to buy flowers. At checkout, I encountered a cashier who seemed uninterested in her job. She didn’t bother to scan the items in my cart, instead asking me to lift them for her. This left me puzzled, as I assumed it was her responsibility to scan the items. However, that didn’t seem to be the case. As I was making my payment, she was engrossed in her phone, not even bothering to acknowledge me with a thank you or goodbye. It felt as if her job was merely to stare at her phone and stand idle. Given this experience, I’ve decided to forego Lowes in the future and opt for Home Depot instead.

Deborah went above and behind to help me out, while she was helping other guests in self checkout she checked on the availability of a venus fly trap for me and saved me a drive with my 3 year old. She is awesome and it's nice to know good customer service exist in this world tried to scan code wouldn't let me without receipt number

Terrible garden center cashier took forever. Customer was talking to her forever. The customers in front of left all there items in their cart and left mad.

This location you need to know what you need and where it's at. There are no employees to help you find what you need if you do they just tell you over there....(Over there where!?)... customer service sucks!

Bad experiences left and right. Today 4 employees walked by me without trying to help. 3 employees at the mvp desk chatting laughing.
There was no assistance for at least 3 customers. Where can I go that offers any kind of customer service.
