Okay, I went in to buy weed killer. You know a product that every one of us uses so the product that I picked up was on the shelf. That said, $19 okay and there was other products that were there and they were all $19. When I get back to the register it's $42 and I said no. It should be $19 because the price is $19 and that whole shelf is $19 is what it looks like because the price is $19 in the middle of the shelf and then the other brands. It has their price for their bottles etc etc etc down the shelf and when I went back to the patio with the picture of the sign, the woman with the red hair and the horrible bangs just got a little too sassy. I can't help that her associate put the product where it shouldn't be and didn't price it properly is what she said to me. And I responded. I understand people make mistakes they do but I'm not going to pay $42 for the same product. This marked for 19. That's ridiculous

I needed a new dishwasher to replace my 24 year old one. Back in 2008, I needed a new washer dryer and upright freezer. I dealt with a man named Peter in the appliance department. He was knowledgeable and sold me the appliances that still work to this day. So when I needed that new dishwasher last week, Peter still works there, which tells me he's a good employee, the store overall was clean. I hate self checkout, but due to the purchase of the appliance, I was able to do that in the back..

Worst service in the hardware industry. Never a salesman when you need one, and when you do find one, he isn't knowledgeable about the products. Makes me want to come out of retirement. Lol

Asked 4 different workers to get me help with a tub surround.
30 minutes later, I just climbed the rack to get my product. Then I went to pay and nobody knew how to run commercial account.
