Avoid this store at all costs. Horrible service. I've been waiting for 30 minutes for one of the cashiers to help and open the glass door because everything is shut. I hate that I ever came by to waste my time. ZERO STARS!

This store is one way in one way out and that's not very convenient if you're only going to the bakery so you park near the bakery and end up getting out on the other side of the parking lot especially if you're handicap. They also don't have any handicap mobile scooters. They also don't sell pet food or supplies.

Who’s been telling lies on satellite issues ! When I need directions issues ? My question is Satellite always tells lies into another person issue ? When you can hear Don Antonio Aguilar singing when you walk in, you know it's authentic. Carnitas were good, and a great selection of aguas frescas. Add a little more Jose Alfredo, Pedro Infante, Javier Solis and Jorge Negrete to the playlist and this place will be golden. ?

Los Altos is promoting a product that it doesn't have or at least that's what the very bad-tempered woman who served me told me. In the purchase of $10 they give you some sausages and the woman tells me that they still did not have the merchandise and so to promote it, that happened on Wednesday, the day the promotion begins and boy to buy tortillas and the woman who is packing tortillas tx in the cell phone.

i highly recommend shopping here they have fresh and high quality meats and veggies. as well as AMAZING customer service the cashiers are delightful and very helpful.

surprisingly good customer service, i heard a lot of bad things about this store but my experience was different the employees were respectful and greeted me at the register, and their store is cleaner than other ranch markets i’ve seen, overall a good experience. would recommend
