Despite all the bad reviews I decided to try them and all I can say is I got lopered by Mike. Horrible customer service I took my 63 Impala in because it would die at times. Mike said i will call you with a quote which he did he wanted $5000 and said not positive it will fix it. I declined he tried to charge me $500 for his guessing game. I really miss the days when Mechanics knew what they were doing and would be straight up not leave your car and now you owe me for telling you what might be wrong.

I just called these guys and asked if they work only on muscle cars and he said yep. If you open up a business as a selfish narrow minded person that hates Hondas mazdas and all the street tuner 4 banger type of cars we can tell your a joke and muscle cars are ugly and suck and slow so get that lame muscle car out of here little boy. Nothing but love and respect for the guys at Loper's Performance. 1 day after I moved to Phoenix I was here to get a new exhaust and headers ordered for my Dodge Challenger. They are kind and professional. They did a great job on my car that I call, "Miss Duke." They have her sounding even meaner now with the work they did. I see some negative reviews about Lopers here on Google Reviews, but it just seems like a bunch of broke culos being mad they they can't afford their parts ? don't listen to that noise. Get your car to Loper's Performance and tune up the band with a new exhaust and headers for your whip! Not to mention...they have Sonoco race fuel! ?

I've been going to Lopers for 20+ years and have gotten good advice that often got me a better , more useful part that was a better fit for my application than what I thought I needed, and often saved me money. Most of the time they've had what I needed in stock and I appreciate not having to wait for something to be shipped to me. Having been in the auto parts business in the past myself I understand the value of a knowledgeable parts man and that some counter guys take more pride in their jobs than others. Customer service can test the patience of even the best parts sales person. It's easy to leave a negative review when we don't get the experience we hoped for. I'm leaving a 5 star review for Lopers's because I appreciate being able to still have a local, walk in speed shop available when I need speed parts. Shops like that are getting scarce and I will continue to shop there. Thank You Loper's

Make sure the parts you buy you need them because if you try to return anything it is 20% restocking fee and you have to have your original receipt it is a nightmare try to return something with these jerks

Hi Mike this is Gary with the black 2010 Ford Raptor, you and your boys did a really great job on installing the headers and Dino tune, I also wanna thank you for talking me out of spending extra money on a supercharger, thank you for all your patient with me and my doubtful apprehensiveness, I also wanna thank Chris and the other guys I talked to through this process, I took my truck out on a desert run and I am very impressed with how smooth and powerful it runs and even my friend notice the difference right away, work time and the cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend bringing a vehicle here.

I took my truck here a few days after I bought it thinking a couple days, they had it for 3 weeks and did nothing. I took the truck back and after realizing most the mechanic places won't work on a 70s vehicle I ultimately brought it back. They had it for another 4 weeks. I brought it in so they could clean up the wiring in the engine bay and fix the gas guage that wasn't reading. They cleaned up the engine bay, and put in a new fuel sending unit, however they also replaced my starter, rewired my electric fans, and replaced my battery all of wich I didn't ask for. They then charged me $6000, they literally clipped out 6 total wires from the engine bay and replaced them, then put all the wires in a sleeve and cleanly routed them. I paid $900 in parts and $5100 in labor, most of which I didn't ask for, and they made no attempt to contact me and ask me if I wanted that. They just did it. $6000 for $1500 worth of parts and work, what they did was mabey 5 hours of work so they have to be charging like $1000 an hour for labor. I would avoid them at all costs. Also the new place I take my truck to actually told me they have about 14 customers that have told them the exact thing I did.

Lopers had my truck for 3 months and each time I called they said they are working on it and would call me to let me know what was wrong with it. I drove down from Prescott just to check on my truck. My truck was not even touched!! Still in the same spot it was towed to!!! I asked the guy with the yarn in his hair whats going on and again I was told "we will get to it today and ket you know" so i told him I would be back at 4:00. Came back truck was still sitting in the same spot i asked the guy with yarn hair "what happened do i just need to get it towed back to Prescott" he replied with "we didn't get to it do what you want"So if you want your time wasted and original parts removed from your vehicle this is the spot for you! 0 STARS!!!
