Woohoooo! Taxes are done! Went to Liberty Tax on 35thAve and Bell Rd. Been going there for the last yrs. J. C. Is and everyone there are all such great people. J. C. was working in a different office which was on the opposite side of town from us but he still drove all the way to the office that was closest to us just so we could get our taxes done. We love this place and will continue to use Liberty Tax for all our tax needs. Totally recommend going to Liberty Tax. They make it easy and fast. And he's a funny guy so that's a plus as well.

My new statement is "AVOID Liberty Tax at all costs. If you have any other option choose it before you choose Liberty tax."Here's why....In my past, I have been an avid Liberty Tax customer. No more. As of this last year, 2022, I had a previous year's tax return prepared and I gave Specific Instructions on the address that has to appear on the form. It was a PO Box address that's been on our tax forms for the last two and a half decades . Not following a simple instruction caused both of our IRS accounts to be locked so we couldn't get any information from our personal accounts for a joint return. I didn't find this out in the immediate because they had already filed it after sending me my PDF copies. It wasn't until this current year that I couldn't get into my account and after much pushing and shoving and dealing with the IRS to correct all my account information on the address categories, I finally got things remedied. Because of all the shuffling and legwork I had to do for that simple INCORRECT thing, I asked for Liberty Tax to give me a substantial Kickback or credit for this year's preparation if I was to use them. I made this a stipulation to me ever using them again. They only gave $75 which was insulting to all the effort it took for me to reverse the damage with the IRS accounts that they caused by not following instructions. I am going to do everything in my power to take business out of Liberty Taxes pocket. I have a lot of influence and I'm going to use it all. Keep an eye on your pages Liberty Tax because I have proof and documentation that will prove to the public what's going on here. I'm going to hit the social media... ALL OF IT. You really blew it. I do not appreciate being treated as insignificant to the tune of $75 when I paid you $325 only to make a mistake that cost me a lot of hard-working effort with the IRS. The IRS doesn't move quick anyway. Thank you for nothing.
