Jorge was so amazing and super helpful and made me feel welcomed and was patient with me when I had questions with the form they have you fill out before sitting down with them. I didn't know about some so I left blank and asked him to go over the form with me ? we're not mind readers so I made sure to ask questions because the form is the questionnaire and if you fill it out they don't ask you any of those questions again during the process because it's to make things run quicker so if you have any extra things to add on your taxes SPEAK UP! I didn't have any issues with my refund last year when I filed with Jorge So of course I came and filed with him again , I have a liberty tax 5 minutes from me and I make the extra 20 minute drive for the great customer service that Jorge always provides. I will definitely be filing with them again for my third year with them . ?

I do NOT recommend this place at all. The guy had me in and out in 10 minutes. Didn't explain ANYTHING to me, never asked me about itemizing, whether I paid on my student loans, or anything else, and then charged me almost $500!! What a rip off!! If you want to pay $500, for a tax service, I suggest you go anywhere else but Liberty, so you will at least get yourmoney's worth!!!

My experience with Liberty Tax located in East Phoenix was a lot better this year than any previous years. Ms Elisabeth Moreno demonstrated awesome customer service. Shes very attentive willing to assist and professional. She explained everything in detail. She was positive and showed she really enjoys her job. I am definitely returning next year.
