This Liberty Tax preparation extraordinaire franchisee at 16th Street & Indian trail charged me $450 for a simple tax return. I paid state & federal taxes on February 7th on the spot & the Liberty franchisee offered to hold the payment electronically until April 14th. Liberty was late filing my taxes & the IRS fined me late fee $$$$. Here it is October & after 10 calls, emails & letters to the corporate office I still have not been reimbursed for the IRS late fees. The Liberty Tax franchisee continues to ignore me, over-charged me, failed to pay my taxes on time, refused to pay the late fees associated with their mistake & screwed me up with the IRS - I DO NOT RECOMEND LIBERTY TAX SERVICE.

Narda was wonderful and knowledgable to work with. One of the best tax preparer I had with Liberty Tax in Phoenix. I don't enjoy tax preparing seasons but she makes the tax process very pleasant. The environment is clean and peaceful feel. Wish all tax preparing places feels that way. I Highly recommend.
