I arrived at this place with very damaged hair and with like 3 different shades in it, I arrived without an appointment they told me that in a moment they would pass me on, they took care of me right away, I said what they could do for my hair and they offered me options so that I could choose and we began the process. I was left with the blonde I had always dreamed of and my healthy hair. Thanks to My Latino beauty salon by Lorena I loved my hair, the service was excellent, I really liked the teamwork and how everyone is attentive to what the client needs. Thank you very much I will definitely come back

Poor Service. They ignore customers while all sitting in guest seats are actually working at this salon. They don’t know how to cut what you ask for so you leave with the wrong cut and they refuse to correct it unless you want to pay for another haircut. Cannot recommend. Sorry.

I arrived at the salon with super damaged hair destroyed due to bleaching and thanks to Lorena who did magic I left happy I recommend it 100 percent very good treatment of all the girls I couldn't be happier I came out totally different thank you thank you thank you

They are very arrogant and speak badly in front of one of their other clients. Another thing, when I left my hair a different shade, he was pressuring me to pay him some cash, I told him that I would pay him the same if he just fixed it for me, I found those types of comments very low.

Every time I walk in there the ladies never greet me. They sit there and have no sense of urgency. It’s sad because I like to support Hispanic owned businesses but damn these ladies don’t even care
